make sure the hold is turned off... ('cause if it's on it's preventing you from accidently playing all your tunes to your pocket - so that button is showing orange for on)
and I forgot where - but there's a place to check if it creates it's own file structure - and sometimes you want to suppress that if you're like me and want all your music just on it in one spot... but some folks like their music organized on there...
Should just connect up to your computer for music loading and then go...

and it doesn't say... I would think it would charge even if the hold is on.
