I've recently realized that my sulfite allergy is probably contributing A LOT to my asthma problems.  I'm going to have to read labels when buying all my food from now on and be very careful what I order out.  I should have noticed it before, since when I eat dried apricots my throat closes up and my bronchia increase their mucus production ( Read more... )

Bad.  Asthma bad.  Much sleeping.  Not much breathing.  Big bad.  Better now.  Took myself to the dr and got back on Singulair.  I also took prednisone last week.  Staring my mortality in the face is not much fun.  Stomach issues bad too, so switched up meds for that as well.  I can tell I'm anemic again, so switching my diet around.  With all the ( Read more... )
