SORRY ---- have not been checking your blog site the last few days and now I go in not exoecting to find anything and Lo and Behold there are 2 entries !!!!!!! How naughty of me --- i haven't abandoned you --- just got out of the habit of clicking on your site . Never really thought about rules for living but guess mine would be get up each morning and get on with the day; be kind to others ( they may be feeling awful too ) and only speak good of others -- if you can't then say nothing !!!!
Nicky , try to keep positive , keep a liitle curve on your lips even if you can't manage a full smile but most of all pick up that phone if you need to just speak to anyone ( at any time ---we have a phone in the bedroom , I really do mean anytime ).XXXXX
