The week started well - ran Monday morning, slh on Tuesday, where I did the 30 mins hilly run (basically ran up Woodcote Grove, then down again!) Found this difficult - I have no speed at all, just a resaonable amount of endurance ... still, better that way around, I guess, given the nature of the challenge which is now just less than 11 weeks away ( Read more... )

Ok, so, having had a cold, which turned into a cough, which turned into a chest infection, which resulted in a week's ban from running, I then had the busiest week in the world, and didn't mangae to run (gymed tho'!) then went back to running, was just starting to feel fitter, and more like a human again, and then the slight ache in my heel became ( Read more... )

Sigh.
Have been everything from ecstatic to deeply emo, highly energetic to duvet morpher - and back again, all in the space of a couple of days. Bring in the white coats, is what I say.  Have also had horrid cold, and am, I suspect, hormonal... deep joy.
