The resistance offered by one of the specimens most recently collected was quite gratifying to observe, though naturally I had to sedate him before he could present a danger to himself or others. My suppliers have returned with a full load, and none too soon. I have many patients scheduled for this week.

Two of the specimens look most interesting. Though not what I originally asked for, I suspect they shall prove quite useful.

Some chit of a detective was here Wednesday asking about an old patient. I should have sent her away with a flea in her ear, but she'd've probably come back with a warrant for my records or some other sort of legal nuisance.
