Our dinner starts at 5pm, but T was up at 6 to start brining the turkey... what we do for family! :-p

Last night my wonderful hubby took me to see Duff Goldman of Ace of Cakes! He was at the JCC in Cherry Hill. He took questions for about an hour and then we were shuffled out to have him sign his new book. It was awesome.
I will post pictures this weekend. I have a bunch. ;-)

Halloween Hair
Does anyone know how to do any type of hairstyle for the 40's-50's that doesn't involve victory rolls. I am hair inept... -
What I learned at Swing Dancing Class....
...I cannot follow. I apparently can only lead.
We did pretty well for our first time dancing a 'real' dance and not just swaying back and forth slow dancing.
3 more classes and we'll be experts.

i'm a human again, almost....
First, I'm ok. Don't think I have meningitis--I think I'm just a mess. Tests came back ok so far, still haven't heard about the thyroid, but I'm not planning on hearing from them too quickly. Afterall, it is a hospital and I am no longer there for them to answer to. They diagnosed it as a 'tension headache' with neck spasms & severe anxiety. I ( Read more... ) -
