Heard from my parents over the weekend finally. My house is still standing, but it is full of mud and dead catfish. The water got to our attic and everything is basically ruined. i still don't know much. from what i've read on forums, pearlington is pretty much gone. the few houses that made it have flood damage and/or tree damage. last count i had was sixty dead ppl in pearlington. i think my great uncle was one of those. no one could get him to leave. my sister is heading down today. she flew into jackson from tx. All i know is my parents are ok. I know nothing about my house or neigborhood, but from the news reports of surrounding towns, it doesn't look good.

i'm at my parents house right now. going pretty well, but i miss my baby so much, it was really hard to leave him yesterday. but i did it :(. anyway, i got a new phone today, it's so cool, i also got txt msgng too. :) so now i can txt my friends back when the txt me. that's all for now...
