Hrm.

I just wanted to take a moment to mourn the closing of Albion/Batcave. I know this is something we all saw coming. With the loss of Saturday night and then the age 18-20 crowd, the numbers have been dwindling. It still makes me really sad. I have met many fabulous people there, some of whom have become an important part of my life. I will miss it.

I went to a taping of the Colbert Report today, and dragged Ed along with me. We ended up in the front row. It was a good time. The studio is very small and he wears a LOT of make-up. And that's all I have time for now :-D

Last night, when I was riding back on the subway, I was standing next to a fairly large group of people. They were talking, laughing, and having a grand old time. I noticed that every time I looked over, this one particular boy from the group was staring at me. He caught my eye and smiled. Last night Ed and I went to the Covenant show in Middle of Nowhere, Brooklyn (we had to take 3 trains and a bus due to L construction). I had a really good time. I think it would have been even better if I hadn't been so exhausted, but I still enjoyed myself quite a bit. The event was held in a large warehouse with multiple floors and rooms.
