I forced myself to go to the library today to study. I haven't been able to study at home due to all kinds of distractions. It's hard to have to lug my books and everything else plus the coat gets in the way but I did it. I've just learned of some sad news. There's so much I wanted to tell this person but somehow I've held it in. I know I'll miss them and knowing that I won't be seeing them at all next week makes me miss them even more.

I took the offer and I've resigned. My emotions are like a rollercoaster ride. I've bawled a lot today. Looking back 8 years ago when I first started working here ... I have mixed emotions right now. Not sure if I should be happy or sad. I think I'm feeling more of the latter. I think it's because I've grown and I learned. I've gone this far and it's to the final stage of the process ... I can't turn back now. I could but I might regret it.

It has been a rough week. I was supposed to be off today. That didn't happen so I thought that I'd be able to get off work at least on time after having worked from 8 to 7 since Monday. That didn't happen either. All my energy is drained and I have no patience or tolerance left. I'm mentally exhausted. All I can think of is sleep.
