Notes: I am deeply indebted to fahye for allowing me to borrow various concepts and people from fortuna fugit for use in this episode. I dearly hope this satisfies, darlin'. <3

This is absolutely amazing. The Doctor is so completely in-character and his mentality at the end of Journey's End was *exactly* this.

And, that last paragraph? May well have killed me stone dead. Guh.

How are you so brilliant? That was absolutely GORGEOUS. I love how you managed to combine all the meanings of psallo to fit the psallopiano perfectly.

This was quite interesting and I loved the cliffhanger at the end.

This. Oh god. I... dammit. Damn Buff. HOW have I not met you yet?

I loved this:
"They say," Will adds, with a peculiar gentle hesitation, "only the mad and the desperate can become psallopianists."

The Doctor looks up at him.

"Good," he says, and begins.

and thought that it was perfect and beautiful until I saw this:

Then the bottom drops out from the world under him and the heavens split wide and in that second, somewhere in the universe, there is another Time Lord.
.

And that was that. Also, how is "eyai" supposed to be pronounced in my head?

Some day I will actually visit Buff during the school year and meet you. This needs to happen [a] because I have not seen Buff since high school but [b] you! I would love to meet you.

Eyai is the spelled-out version of AI: I might have spelled it ayai if I'd come up with it myself, but 'eyai' looks nicer and also is not my word. :D
