Life has been good. I'm steadily losing weight with WW whilst still enjoying banoffee sundaes on the weekend. I must say getting one of these has helped the cause considerably. I've lost 4 1/2 lbs on Weight Watchers this week! Awesome...

And I still scoffed some fried chicken on Tuesday... I'm liking this.
