Apparently, I am crazy in my sleep while on Ambien. There are reports of thrashing around and growling. I'm not sure what's up with that.

Score, my arm is just tennis elbow. I was able to sneak in an examination of my shoulder as well. I'm playing softball tonight. I haven't played in quite a long time. Less than a year though, but it's probably been more than 5 months.
