I always love your writing, and this one was a bit of a roller-coaster ride, emotionally. but you made me hope, and thennn: ouchhh.
i wonder about stories like this... i feel sorry for yunho, but just as sorry for his bride. the story is sad, whether or not they get married but... married is worse. in a way. because they both deserve someone that loves them for who they are :(

question about the end though: did yunho arrive with the decision to get married, or was it that he arrived thinking he was going to end it all, but ended up.. chickening out (for lack of a better word)?

To answer your question, I wanted to leave it open, but my personal interpretation is that he went to church planning to go through with the wedding. You're right in that it was pretty much a no-win situation for everyone... and as much as Yunho had realized it wasn't the right choice for him, he also couldn't bring himself to basically leave his fiancee at the alter. It'll be a few more years before he's ready to do something about his situation - but who knows, maybe Jae will still be around... ;)
