If there is one thing I've learned from being the son of a high-ranking member of the Earth Federation, it's:

What just happened? The building just shook and I was buried under a pile of books. Was there an earthquake?

I guess this means it's time to reorganize my piles of books again. Do something productive? Of course not!

Completely forgot it was my birthday today. My parents called to wish me a happy birthday, and I ended up spilling about the trip to Exbei. Started the semester off on the wrong side of the bed. I was up late last night, reading a book about swordsmanship. (I wonder if it's too late to sign up for that class about swords... I pried myself from reading yesterday to head to the Meet and Greet. I met a couple of freshmen there (Llewelyn, Ed, and Al).
