Today was Day One of college life for me, and it wasn't as terrible as I thought it was going to be. So, if you're just that bored enough, I'm going to give the update as I promised and walk through my day.

It was about a week, so I don't think that's an unreasonable amount of time. I ran out of shorts, but I still had a few shirts left.

Good to hear that all of your classes went relatively well. That project for sociology sounds especially interesting.

I'll give ya a C on your title. It's somewhat witty, but the "[subject] 101" thing is getting kinda cliché. Markerters love using it in their back-to-school campaigns. Maybe English 125 will improve your titling skills...

I'll take the average C for now...until I have more time--or more wit from my English class--to think of better ones.

Yeah, I'll have to make sure to write about how that show-and-tell in Sociology goes.

Ha, the Name Game... if it makes you feel any better, I had to do the "fill out this notecard" thing in Anthro.

I had to fill out probably the same type of form in Spanish. Agah, all this introductory stuff...when will it go away?

What is a FOB? I'm not sure about the Denny power walk, though, naancy. It's still cutting it really close. I'm hoping Sociology doesn't get let out late ever again, or I may seriously consider getting a bike over here.

Denny-
Congrats on making it through your first day of classes! (take my word- it doesnt exactly get any easier; just make sure you know which day it is- i went to the wrong building today for my math class and had to make it all the way across campus in less than 10 minutes- i made it- thats the DENNY POWER WALK! lol). Anywaz..congrats, im sure you will get into that 1/4 in your Econ class. Good luck- i will talk to you soon!

I better be in that 1/4, with all the time and work I'm putting into that class. Anyway, it's good to hear from you, Katie, and I hope all at State's going well. Ever consider getting a livejournal yourself? You're certainly online enough! I could add you as a "friend." Wouldn't that make your day? :)
