Tagine Chicken

Cooking in a tagine is fun, like a cross between stovetop and slow cooker in a single pot. The tagine feels like a fairly forgiving pot -- it's easy to taste the contents and adjust the recipe (e.g. the second round of spices got added because a taste said the spices had mellowed out excessively and easy to do long simmers.
