Well crap.
We have storms, flood and tornado alerts, and to add to the downhill spiral of this day a huge bolt of lightning and a resounding crash just brought my TV viewing in the living room to an abrubt end. I'll be calling Time Warner for service, but I have a sickening feeling that my TV is fried. Had to watch Boston Legal in the bedroom on the puny ( Read more... ) -

Oh the carnage.
I found an old pic of Mollie & Sadie when they were about 6 months old. The kitchen was their domain while we were at work and at night (when they were supposed to be asleep). EEE. New pee cee!
My friend decided to get a fancy new Sony Vaio desktop so I bought his 3-year old Gateway desktop for a song. It's way higher end than my old one and runs like a rocket, especially with cable wireless ISP. Setting up was a piece of cake until I had to deal with my DSL connection.

Catching up.
I intended to see these movies last year but they just slipped away. idreamedmusic stayed on my case so I finally rented them.
No Country for Old Men: Wow. Anton Chigurh is the best movie villan since Hannibal. Perfectly done by Javier Bardem. Josh Brolin is a way better actor than his father. Tommy Lee Jones is just genius casting. The Coen brothers ( Read more... ) -
