Haven't posted in, well, a long time. I'm trying to stay busy to help stave off my depression.

My secret project is well underway (it started last Wednesday). A few people know about it, but it's probably the first one I've done where I've done myself the favor of writing out an outline and breaking it down into individual pieces before beginning to work on it. At Ben and Jessi's wedding, at the house where it was held in Mendocino, there was a set of plastic gymnastic rings. Just for fun I tried them out, and found that I could (shakily) hold myself in a seated position (the rings were low so it wasn't like I had to pull myself up to do it). Corinne has applied for the FUSE program at BAVC (Bay Area Video Coalition); the program is aimed towards providing unemployed people with professional skills in digital media, and helps them build a portfolio and get a job in their area.
