I've been using GTD since I first read the book a few years ago. In fact, it's one of the things that red_lynx first started stalking me on LJ about, after seeing me mention it in vvalkyri's journal. I had my own review and explanation at one point.

Oh, I love GTD. I don't use it all the time but it really helped me get my stuff in order--desk stuff, etc. I took a course through Barnes and Noble University (free course and they run it almost every "semester" there), and met several FlyBabies on there. It was nice to kind of overlap the two.

There's also a nice Outlook add-on. It doesn't work with 2007 though.
