It's 7 dgrs Celsius below freezing outside, I've got a mug of hot white mulled wine with a twist of lime in one hand, an interesting book in the other, both kids are at the kindergarten and screw looking for a job right now! Hahahahahah!!!

We had a former American VP for dinner: Quail.

With sprouts, potato waffles, cream gravy and jelly. And zabayone ice cream for dessert. As they say: all's well that ends well. It WAS a good year after all.
