Why I am the best shopper south of Punxsatawney even though I hate shopping:

-- one purple bra
-- 2 pairs of hose
-- pair of beige boots

Retail value for all that: $100.

I got it for $32.

And time and again, I am utterly baffled by the fact that they make D and DD bras with padded cups. Show me a woman of those proportions who wants her bust to ( Read more... )

i'm totally with you on the bra thing. but i hate padding in general, and i'm always hard-pressed to find normal bras without any padding in my size, which is tough because i'm small and bra-makers assume all small women want to look buxom. but i'm envious of your superior shopping skills. (and i have to ask, did you have to look up how to spell punxsatawney? or did you know that?)

haha, you would ask me that! i got it almost right when i typed it into google (i left out the first n) and then, because google is brilliant, it suggested the right spelling for me.

Hehe. I'm a C cup but have that same thought when shopping for bras. I can understand padding in an A cup and maybe a B cup but who honestly needs padding after that unless you're going for the Pam Anderson look?
