Ordinarily I think Freecycle has too many rules. But now I am thinking they need to add one: WEAR PANTS WHEN SOMEONE COMES TO PICK UP AN ITEM.

I did NOT need to see that.

I just did one of those things that either makes people laugh hysterically or back away slowly. I was trying to remember where to find an obscure short story I read when I was maybe thirteen in a mass market paperback anthology from the 1970s, but which I haven't read since. I stumbled across this page while perseverating on weather-related phenomena tonight, and thought it was pretty interesting. It's really sad when people I used to have at least a little respect for decide to go join groups on FB that are seething pits of racist hatred. >_< It's even sadder when they probably wouldn't understand why that made me unfriend them. ::sigh:: I hate Indiana.
