I'm back. I almost missed my flight (I got distracted by something shiny in the airport gift shop) but alas, there was some business class dude who was even later than me. More later when I get around to uploading photos etc.

That would be the sound of someone who just came back from going to 2 different stores to buy cupcake ingredients, and was in the middle of creaming butter and sugar only to discover that she had forgotten to buy the FREAKING FRACKING BAKING SODA RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Grrrr. That's it. Moratorium on cupcakes until tomorrow.

Yesterday I turned the refrigerator down (colder) a notch because I felt like the freezer wasn't keeping things frozen. Evidently I turned it down too much because my bok choy is frozen! WAUGH ( Read more... )

Holy toledo it's cold out! But at least I don't have to be at work...now the key is peeling myself out of my pajamas and into actual clothes so I can go run some errands and buy some flats, damnit ( Read more... )
