We were opening the wedding presents today (thanks to you all :) ), and we got one, which was a milkshake maker caled "Mikey the martian". After having a look, we realized there is also a female version (of course there would be) called "Dizzy Lizzie".

I found this a bit scary.

We are finally home. We left Necastle early (like before 11 am), and it was a good thing, as the highway between Sydney and Newcastle (F3) was closed less than two hours after we went down it due to bushfires. Now they are closing the roads between Sydney and Wollongong as well. We are having temperature well into the 40's (like 110F+), and have ( Read more... )

We went away on the 23rd of December to Mikey's folk place, and had Christmas there. Was nice, but a bit on the warm side, at 45 degrees C (113F) on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day was nice, first at Mikey's brothers house, then on to his fathers. After 4 years of study, I have my final marks. I won't post them all here, you would be bored (looks at mikey...)

Graduation is on the 16th of December, and I should finally get that confirmed soon.

I got a distinction in that crappy 30 page report!
