Oh so good
Spent the evening marathon-watching Greys Anatomy and I don't feel at all guilty. Things needed to get done. I did not do them. I seriously watched 5 or maybe 6 episodes. The cats rotated on and off my lap, I played a bunch with Henry, and... that was it for the whole night.
Sometimes being sluggy is good.

Worst cat mom ever
Henry is in a terrible mood. We were all cuddling together and she turned around and snake bit me, then attacked Stripey a few minutes later. Now she's sleeping on the other couch. I think I missed some big cues, but what? Can cats glare? I think she's glaring at me. :(

Things.
1. My face is so windburned/chapped from this morning. It looks like sunburn and my (already substantial cheek apples) are swollen! I've soothed with cool lavender cloths but ouch. Dumb! I was only out for maybe half an hour max!
2. Why am I still awake? I got up at 5, for Pete's sake.

a conversation between my cats, about me
I read an article recently which posited that cats think their humans are giant, dorky, clumsy other cats. Dogs obviously react to people differently than they do to other dogs, and to their own humans in even more specialized ways. Cats, not so much.
