Script Frenzy!!!!
Okay - I totally wasn’t planning on participating in this, but when I realized I hadn’t done much writing on my own since NaNoWriMo, I figured now was a good time to get back on it!

On Thursday, May 9, I was grateful for:
(whoa I haven’t done this one in a while)
1. A really super fantastic birthday week last week.
2. A fun, easy-going, super hot guy I just met who seems to really like me. :)
3. Being able to trade war stories with friends who are out there dating too.
4. Fresh pineapple chunks…YUM.
5. Feeling pretty when I wear a skirt to work. :)

On Saturday, April 21, I was grateful for:
1. The rain!! Now I don’t have to wash my car for another week…or two…or… :)
2. The opportunity to meet friends of friends - I love meeting new people anyway, but cool new people - that’s a bonus.
3. The feeling of my doggie cozied up next to me when I sleep - she’s so warm and cuddly.

I feel like giving up on this goal
I was so good when I first finished writing it - I edited 71 pages of my NaNoWriMo novel and then I just stopped. There were a lot of external factors getting in the way of me keeping my full attention on it, but here lately it’s been popping up in my thoughts now and then. I want to be able to share it with people and feel proud of it, but I don’t ( Read more... ) -
On Tuesday, April 17, I was grateful for:
1. Finding a couple extra deductions to lower my tax bill this year. :)
2. Finally finishing my damn taxes and sending them in on time.
3. That warm fuzzy feeling when someone says something that makes you realize you know they really care.
4. Ice cream cakes at work for the April birthdays…ok, so only the ice cream part was worth it…but still…free ( Read more... ) -
On Monday, April 16, I was grateful for:
1. An extra day to do my taxes this year!
2. A really fun weekend with old friends and lots of booze!
3. A great lunch date today.
4. A conversation with lots of fun banter.
5. The carrot, walnut and raisin muffin I ate today - so yummy!
