Here in Texas, the temperature doesn't really drop at night, and it's hot as blazes even after dark. In Japan, though, it does tend to drop significantly, at least in the places I've been to. It's a big enough difference to make it worthwhile to wait to run. It's one of the things I'm missing about Japan right now.
