hurricane frances just plain rocked, at least from miami's perspective. it wasn't too severe, pounding entire neighborhoods flat and the like, and it wasn't too light, but, just right. impromptu four block walks with wind and cold rain creating quasi-wall against your skin isn't so bad ( Read more... )
