Things I do not worry about: lead terrorist attacks being stuck in elevators wrinkles germs/touching things in public toxic fumes the quality of my tap water
Things I worry about sometimes: food poisoning global warming Guantanamo Bay underwear showing
Yesterday G and Bing and I sat in a little cafe across from where I had French class and sipped wine and listened to the people behind us chat en Francais.
Just now I think we saw Tim Gunn on the street! Except he looked a little shlubby so I wasn't positive it was him. I choose to believe that Tim Gunn never looks shlubby.
It turns out that carrying a vintage baby blue typewriter the half mile to the subway, on the subway, and then two more blocks home is slightly less fun than the thrill of finding said typewriter in the trash. But then Bing and I wrote each other letters on the typewriter and it was fun.
Yesterday I saw a man on a big motorcycle in a leather vest with a skull and crossbones on the back, blasting "Baby Got Back" from his motorcycle radio.
Last night someone came up to me after (level three) French class and asked if I'd ever taken French before. Thanks, Captain Humility. So I went out and bought one billion French flash cards.
Last night we watched the finale of Project Runway instead of watching the debate because we are bad citizens. Someone should have tagged Leanne as their vice president!
This weekend I watched a roller disco dance party in Central Park and then I ate greek food. I embroidered and I wrapped paintings and I watched puppies wrestle.
Last night Bing and I watched Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, which was suprisingly and excruciatingly boring.
