i can't believe it's already the middle of october. one student teaching placement down, one to go. as much as i was worried about how i would handle high school choir, i had a lot of fun working with russ and the mahs kids. the one theater class was my headache for the time i was there but all the other classes really made me feel like i knew ( Read more... )

i'm back at su for the year. it's nice to be back but it's also strange since i'm not really a student this semester and won't really be on campus much during the day. but i am excited for this year and student teaching. it's hard to believe it's already senior year. time flies when you're having fun.

this past week i've felt like i was going nonstop - summer arts in the morning, tt or other errands all afternoon, rehearsal or work at bricks at night. i have basically zero social life outside of the people i work with or the people i see at rehearsal because i have no time. we're already into tech week for the show which means that next week ( Read more... )

it took me almost an hour to get home from work last night. (it usually takes me 10 minutes.) everything was crazy as soon as it started to pour. before i left work, there was water pouring in the back door from the parking lot (where my car was parked of course) so that by the time i left, there was water covering almost the entire dining room ( Read more... )
