So my future mother-in-law is coming in today, she'll be here in a few hours. My boy's parents got divorced when he was 2 so he cannot ever remember them being in the same house. Been super busy with work and classes lately. I have never been able to really sit around and do nothing, but there is a level of busy that is too much for me. That's not including doing homework and trying to keep up with laundry and dinners and clean up the spare bedroom, that our roommate moved out of and left all his stuff, for my boys family ( Read more... ) -

A what age are you forced to become your own person? When do you get to stop blaming your parents for their mistakes in your upbringing and take responsibility for your own life? How long are your parents responsible to clean up after you? At what age must to admit to being an adult? -

I love that he reaches for me whenever he even slightly wakes up. He's napping after playing catch with his buddies. When he rolls over he always looks for me. -

Does the use of outside chemicals (alcohol, pot, pills) do reduce stress in one's life result in an inability to internally deal with stresses? Too many antibiotics reduce the ability of the body's own immune system to fight infection; does the same hold true for the ability to deal with stress? -
restless tonight...
No I didn't waste any light or anything so lyrical...just feeling confined and restless today. That old "RUN AWAY!!" feeling is back. It is probably a good thing that I live in Michigan and not in Ohio or Indiana. Those two states allow same day/next day marriages. And if we had that opportunity, I would be married now. Which would make going back to my apt with my ex even more interesting than it is now. -

So...I have an entanglement, and man am I loving it. Been a while since I dated a guy who holds to traditional gender roles, and I really kinda like it.
