Last weekend, SleepyBear and I went for a walk on the other side of the river on the edge of town (only 15 minutes or so from our apartment) to see the yellow flower fields bordering the water and also the new park the finished building and opened a few weeks ago.

I tried to take pictured of my daily life and environment. I quickly realized that I sucked at taking indoor pictures. not only that, but on the way to Korea, the little light in my camera that used to tell me if something was overexposed or underexposed broke, and I am left guessing most of the time. Some people can write more and share more when they get down and a little bit sad. I'm the opposite. I clam up and get tangled up in a boring routines and familiar actions. It's not like I don't want to speak, it's like I never feel like it. Maybe I become a little numb.

Just saw "Alice in Wonderland"
I like it a lot!
I didn’t come out of the theatre with a this-was-fricking-amazing! feeling, but I was very entertained. It probably could have benifited from more craziness, although I didn’t really mind it making more sense.
I did love the sword-wielding Alice. That’s not something you see a lot in movies and I do love ( Read more... )
