Yummie! Hot 'n Spicy Italian Brats, a bed of beef ramen noodles, covered with a bed of veggies sauteed in butter, seasoned salt, and a little chili power, then topped with a bit of mozzarella cheese.

Actually, no, it was a pretty mild dish, not like I was sweating chilies or anything.

This looks great! I do something similar only I spice it up with hot red peppers rather than use the sweet peppers you used.

That looks tasty indeed. After a couple of weeks on the road I'm looking forward to being home again and cooking for myself.
