My sister turned 9-years-old on Saturday. Time goes by so fast. It seems like yesterday when she was born and I held her for the first time...and now she's almost a tween! I'm supposed to be writing a paper right now about the history of Lebanon but of course, I'm neglecting it in favor of updating my LJ. Back in January, I donated my eighth pint of blood to the American Red Cross. Eight pints is of course one gallon and the Red Cross people said that they would mail a gallon pin to me. I'm doing a drill team performance this weekend. We're putting in a lot of work for something that only about 20 people are going to see.

I'm going to Mountain Warfare School this summer.

I've been gaining weight lately. (not good!!!!)

The USC regional mock trial tournament is over and 1st Place thru 8th Place were won by a combination of UCLA and USC entries. I believe a team from Claremont-McKenna took 9th Place. Rural areas of China are somewhat nice to look at but I wouldn't want to live there. I've just spent four days in Guilin, a somewhat less developed city but known for its natural beauty.
