I did end up making it to Anime Conji. The con was pretty much what I had hoped for, and the location was better than I expected. I didn't take very many pictures. Which is nice in a way - not much to process. But it seems I was pretty well in the zone for taking good pictures, so I wonder if I wasted that a bit by not taking more ( Read more... )

This past weekend I was in a photoshoot for a new costume. For the photoshoot, I wanted to find a waterfall where:

the water fell away from the cliff rather than against it
the pool at the base was only about 2ft deep
the waterfall is at least 8ft tall
ideally shouldn't be too popular
