More accurately, the sellers accepted our offer and we now start the metric assload of paperwork that will culminate in buying a house, which won't actually happen until September 30. But, house! Houses are cool. We likes houses. They are expensive though. My wife decided yesterday she wanted ours painted. This week. The contractor showed up this morning. Always an adventure. But it's yours, and you can paint on a whim because it's yours. This is a good thing.
