I hate pain I don't know what happened today but I hurt I think I hurt my back when I jumped out of the tree in my front lawn this morning. I landed on the wet leaves and went down hard it’s not the impact that hurt it’s the fact that in trying not to have the impact my body moved in ways it should not have and something moved out of place. It feels like a good day. Its nice in the house at about 65 and I just had a good nutrigrain bar for breakfast. I now need to go to Kroger for some things that I forgot to get at walmart last nite in other words i need somthing to dip in my dip. See how boring my day to day life really is right now.

Its one of those nights as usual I am board and want something to do. I am drinking rum and coke and wishing I am somewhere else. I have lived many places and led many different types of lives.
