I have found that there are a lot of great tutorials on youtube! The key to a proper deadlift is:
1-keep your face and chest up, don't look down. 2-keep a nice extension in your back, chest up, butt out. 3-Keep your arms straight and your shoulders relaxed 4-keep the bar close to your shins (touching your shins if possible) 5-keep your legs almost straight, but with a slight bend for the entire lift, it's not a squat where you are going up and down with the lift.
