I am done with everything at the Faculty of Music. (Well, OK, I still have to empty my locker, but that doesn't really count.) Jury was yesterday and it went pretty well. I am officially in at McGill!
I am rather boggled by the documents they need from me, though - proof of residence in Quebec and an official government number as well as my transcripts. It's like moving to another country! -

On Tuesday in tuba choir someone brought to our attention that a 20-year-old woman just won the tuba chair in the Philadelphia Orchestra. Which is totally cool, yay tuba girls, but I am shocked by the AP story about it ( Read more... )
