So, living on my own in an ultra small town turns out to be not as difficult as I thought, but things are awfully expensive here, and it's annoying having to say hi/good morning with a big smile to every single person I pass by. Wow, first day at Lake Placid and already shit happens. Knowing my rule of thumb for dining (never go to Chinese/Japanese restaurants in small tourist towns, especially when the restaurant is run by Chinese people but there are no other Asian people living there), I'm really not surprised, but I didn't have a say in which restaurant we were going. I do believe most of them have context, except for the more difficult ones like "horny" and "drunk." Unfortunately, Eirote got stuck with geeky and nerdy because she is the only one with glasses, but compared to some other characters I'd say she is not the worst off.
