My father turned 85 on August 1st. He's in great shape. We still have to tell him not to go up on the roof to fix the belt for the air pump air conditioner. Whatever they call those. He's still gardening. Still driving though not in the dark ( Read more... )

Spent today and will spend tonight working on poems for my book coming out later this year from EOAGH Books. I'm all moved and quite happy with the new place. Of course, within the limits of knowing that it is not permanent, though no place usually is, and moreover that I can't really get a lot out of storage.
