Generally, more often than not, they would, if not should. Vampire lore in some worlds say that a vampire cannot walk in daylight without turning to ash, though in others, they are simply weaker during that period. It's also possible that the time of the day would not affect a blood drinker at all, so that would highly depend on the type of vampire in question.
