 Ah I just about wrote off Livejournal forever, then something called to me to keep it for nostalgia's sake.   I read through all the entries, they date back to my third year of college.   There was a definite misuse of the words "lol" "heh" and "haha" for every other sentence.   Christ, so juvenile.  I struggle with that in my online conversations ( Read more... )

I'm a little late in mentioning this, but May 23 was the 10 year anniversary of the passing of pro wrestler Owen Hart. His was the first wrestler death of many that I remember vividly. The sad part is he didn't die of the usual heart condition/steriod/drug phenomenon that has been going on. The man died in an accident where he fell from the top ( Read more... )

I can't seem to stop listening to Desecration Smile from the Red Hot Chili Pepper's last album, Stadium Arcadium. I can't stop playing it on guitar either. Its such a nice song. Its a perfect blend of acoustic guitars strummed by themselves during the verses, until Chad Smith's snappy drum technique kicks in for an infectuous chorus that cannot ( Read more... )
