I did this really hardcore workout yesterday. It claims you'll be "bikini ready" in 14 days. When I read that, I thought "bullshit".. But I'd give it a try anyway. Holy fuck. I can barely walk. I can barely sit down. Soo.. I'm thinking I'll stick to it for these two weeks. Massive soreness = a really good workout. And I only paid $4 for it, too. ;)
