I have an anxiety disorder and often dwell on the things people think will never happen to them. Those calls are the worst... I got one in the middle of the night once that my cousin died suddenly... I couldn't believe it. His was also a drug overdose and shouldn't be surprising... But he was so young.

Then things like the time my sister witnessedy family almost get nailed by a concrete truck makes you realize how easily you can lose the people you love or be killed yourself. It's scary when you really think about it...
