And yes, sometimes I do hum, "Weave, weave, weave me the sunshine" when I'm working on my loom. It helps pass the time when I'm feeding 96 warp ends through the heddle.
I have taken up weaving. Yesterday I warped my rigid heddle loom for the first time, and today I completed my first dishtowel. I made the usual sort of first-timer mistakes, but I'll do better the next time.
