Tonight I'm leaving with my parents to go to a three-day bridge tournament in Gatlinburg (TN--4 hours or so away). I kind of wish I hadn't said I would go, because I'm way nervous about it. I have an infection in my gums surrounding my wisdom tooth on my lower right jaw. Apparently that happens sometimes--joy. I am full of regret for not getting the teeth removed the first time someone mentioned it. After Rascal died, my dad had a moment of weakness and said that it would be all right to let my other cat, Tiger, out of the basement and into the rest of the house. Well, those of you who talked to me yesterday already know that I got some pretty scary news.
