does anyone have any ideas that can help me lose 16lbs in the next 21 days?

  i did pretty good
we cleaned up all of the stuff in my basement and there was alot of work to be done and were not even half way done :)
my mom took me to starbucks tho =/
i onyl had a few sips of my caramel frappucino before i flushed it down the toilet =]

im exausted but i know i burned some good calories there
but my mom forced me to eat dinner
and it was mac and cheese and fried fish :(
but then we went back to work so i think i burned most of it off

Well, I'm gearing myself up for a regular workout schedule. I know it will be fairly easy for this week as I'm not working, but it will be hard when work kicks in after New Years.
