I could say I'm a bit envious of your position. I definitely share the distaste for most social networking sites out there. Tumblr is becoming popular now and I just can't stand it. I still love the internet as a means to keeping in touch and meeting people, particularly given some feelings of isolation I suffer here, but I find it tedious when people treat it more as the primary thing in life rather than just a tool. Ah well. Look forward to anything you will have to post. I've derived inspiration a number of times from reading about your hobbies and projects.
Email it shall be, on my end. I loathe FB, and I should really get around to deleting my Fitocracy account. I haven't been back since that appalling testimonial they sent me a few months back which was so chock-full of size-shaming that it made me want to vomit.
March isn't looking good, incidentally, but how would you feel about a late spring/early summer visit?
I've been enjoying the photos you upload. I'm not a nearby sort, chucked FB, and use G+ for fun not real life. And to upload silly goat photos. And silly dog photos. And those surreal sunrise/sunset photos that shouldn't be real life but astonishingly are.
Well, is what it is. Drop in a photo now and then, please? Or, not. Life is like that. :)
I've largely been away from LJ myself recently. (Work, life, real world taking precedence) But, I will like for your posts from time to time when I come back to visit. They'll be missed, however, I also fully understand the call of the meatspace.

I do miss the pictures, though. They're so peaceful.
