I just uploaded my very first ever website about 30 seconds ago! it has very little content on it right now 'cause I hate writing bios and I can't remember all the schmancy gigs I've done, but I'm ridiculously excited about it anyways, 'cause holy wow I made a website! wheee! *is caffeinated and giddy*

Same deal; our pens/inks/typewriter/alphabet stamps + your neglected correspondence = fun times. Plus, our basement flat stays cooler than pretty much anywhere else these days. Plus, we have ice cubes.

It's casual and drop-in-able, but the space is small so give a shout if you want to bring friends.

problem: the purple thistle was unbearably hot. the thermometer brought in at 4:30pm yesterday read 35 degrees in the computer lab.

solution: a giant (2400 sq ft) white tarp on the roof to reflect the sun! thermometer at noon today says it's 25 degrees indoors!

my dad gave me a new pair of scissors! so far this evening I've given myself a haircut, made a pair of shorts, and made some little star stickers. now I'm going to put the scissors away ( Read more... )

last night I was tootling along the drive on my bike, when my front tire hit a pothole northbound at adanac and I flipped. I got a couple stitches in my chin but nothing else worse than some big lumpy bruises and ugly scratches, but I landed straight on my head and my helmet cracked right in half.
